We dealt with real estate rentals on a daily basis and saw that better tools were needed for management than just e-mail and an Excel spreadsheet. Today, we have built the Rentguru network, which unites rental property owners, managers, brokers and tenants. The Rentguru portal includes business software for landlords and a portal for tenants. We have created several tools for this and are constantly developing business software. In the tenants portal, tenants can pitch themselves, make automatic payments, and conveniently communicate with the owner or manager. Rentguru’s goal is to save time for tenants and landlords so that leases can be done quickly and easily.
